So week 5.
This week was all about business and social media and the impact it has on us.
Most business utilise some form of social media these days and it ranges from a simple blog or page on something like Facebook to being involved in all the different types of media out there like Qantas. It seems that Qantas has decided the best way to reach the most people is to be everywhere and for them to be a semi successful international airline there must be some merit to it.
For business social medial is a very cost effective way to get to more people as paying for the production and delivery of printed material can be quite expensive not to mention the environmental effects it has. To be able to target your audience where it can have the most impact is a major factor and people can spend a lot of money finding that out as well, so as a business you obviously have to weigh up the pros and cons of where your money is best spent.
Only 1 more week to go and we have finished with this class and I still need to catch up on some projects.
